Vélez-Málaga | 2018

Competition in collaboration with Castelló Arquitectura. The project consists of a residential complex of 114 homes and garages, with associated common areas. The greatest challenge of the project was the terrain, which was overcome by arranging the blocks in terraces and opting for garages divided by blocks.

For the development, a combination of private and communal gardens was designed, which compensated for the natural slope of the land with landscaped paths.
