Project in collaboration with AYESA. The proposal for both the urban development and the classroom building is understood as one.
Taking into account the materiality and scale of the adjacent buildings, we opted to create a volume that distributes the program around a central courtyard, which not only brings light into the classrooms but also creates spaces for interaction in the basement. The urban development incorporates the initial plans and proposes new flows and uses that will enable the construction of future buildings.
