As a starting point, we understand that the villas should open up to the views and the south. With the main rooms facing the garden and views, and the auxiliary rooms at the rear. This creates an east-west axis of growth for the homes and/or parallel to the views.

Thanks to this, we obtain 24 unique villas that maximize the built area, maximizing the return on investment while ensuring top-level internal layout conditions and facilitating construction.
