Espiel, Córdoba | 2019

The house, located in the center of Espiel, aims to provide a simple and economical solution to the difference in elevation on the plot.

Based on the traditional baseboard solution, this is treated in a tectonic manner and resolves the first two floors, leaving the bedroom floor as an element that captures the landscape, as if it were a pair of binoculars.
