Giant plots. Flexible and open regulations. Rugged but modifiable terrain. These are the constraints that arise when considering the strategy for implementing the proposal.

Based on this flexible model, we created a divisible housing block that adapts to the terrain and also allows its access and views to be reversed depending on the orientation and location on the plot.

This generated different solutions to the initial objective, which was for the blocks to have sea views and to free up a large part of the plot for the development of common areas.
