Project in collaboration with Sayago Architects. The project consists of a block of apartments with commercial premises, but it doesn’t stop there. By carving out the volume and controlling both sunlight and facades, the project rotates and recedes, leaving hanging gardens to the south and east and views of both the sea and the mountains. The effect is accentuated by the contrast between the white concrete cornices and the prefabricated facade elements.
