The main focus of the proposal is to understand the hillside as an advantage in order to make the most of the views and good weather offered by an enclave such as this. In this way, benches, private gardens, spacious terraces, and living spaces are created with optimal orientation, the best views, and the necessary privacy.

These two- and three-bedroom homes encompass a comprehensive program that, in addition to spacious terraces, includes garages with two parking spaces, private gardens, and a system of pergolas that runs throughout the housing complexes. To all this we must add the inclusion of a large communal swimming pool with extensive green areas to complete the circle of quality that this environment offers us.

As a starting point, we took advantage of a series of existing benches on the land, which had been created during previous earthworks, to support a total of 50 semi-detached houses, 19 two-bedroom houses, and 31 three-bedroom houses, covering the entire buildable area of the land. All of this, aided by BIM technology, has allowed us to fully understand the terrain, its possibilities, and its complete adaptation.
