San Roque | 2016
Project drafted in collaboration with the Sayago architects studio, in which we were responsible for both the urban development design and the execution project. What began as a townhouse project evolved into a proposal for blocks that, reusing the Alzahambra project, became what will be a luxury housing development in the middle of the San Roque Club golf course.
The proposal develops the typology of a low-density Andalusian village adapted to a more contemporary aesthetic and a spatiality that transforms it into luxury housing.
The development is based on the same idea of blocks. Taking into account the unevenness of the site, platforms are built that leave the parking lot semi-buried, introducing the garden into the basement.
